Message	I've had the same IR 1/2" impact since 1998 and it has never let me down. I used to use it for hours every day (worked in different shops) for years. Now it sits in my tool box and only gets very light use...so it hardly ever gets oiled (just when I go to use it after a year+ of not touching it). Same with my air ratchet and 3/8" impact (LOVE that thing, btw) All my Craftsman air tools died within a year, both professionally and light home usage. I stopped bothering with them back in 2004 or so. I actually still have a brand new in bag Craftsman air ratchet that I got back from warranty way back then.
